I can't help myself, all those little tubes & packets make me happy. Each time a salesperson thoughtlessly tosses a free sample into my bag I start to feel giddy. My heart starts to race and it's all I can do to wait to leave the store before rifling through my bag looking for my free little gift. Does this sound strange?

Honestly, I'm rarely disappointed by what I find. It doesn't bother me when the Nars tinted moisturizer is two shades too light for my skin. I still love all 0.07 fl oz! And I know that, eventually,  I'll get the courage to use Cold Plasma by Perricone MD. I mean, it's made by a Dr after all so it can't be dangerous.

The real thrill though is knowing that eventually I'm going to hit the sample lottery! Some examples of previous wins:

• Murad skin perfecting lotion, 0.33 fl oz! PERFECTING lotion. Perfection? Sign me up!
• YSL natural action exfoliator granule-free, 0.5 fl oz!
• Caudalie vinexpert firming serum, 0.2 fl oz! Remember this spray?

I could on and on but I think I've painted a pretty clear picture of my neurosis.
